An event every day that begins at 7:00 pm, repeating until March 4, 2019
Open Auditions for CHILDREN OF EDEN
Sunday March 3rd and Monday March 4th
Music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and book by John Caird. Based on the story of Genesis, the age-old conflict of parents and children takes the stage in this heartfelt musical. Adam, Eve, Noah and the “Father” who created them deal with the headstrong, cataclysmic actions of their respective children. The show ultimately delivers a bittersweet, but inspiring, message: that the “hardest part of love…is letting go.”
Please prepare 16 measures of a song which showcases your strengths as a vocalist. No one may sing acapella or with a track. An accompanist will be provided.
Everyone will also participate in a choreography audition, however physical abilities will be taken into consideration. Please participate to the best of your ability; all levels of movement are welcome.
Auditions will be held in the Footlite lobby on Sunday, March 3rd at 6:30pm and Monday, March 4th at 7pm. Possible Callbacks – Tuesday, March 5th at 7pm.
