MAMMA MIA! Auditions

FOOTLITE MUSICALS announces open auditions for, MAMMA MIA!, a mainstage musical production to run May 2020.
Auditions for this production are Sunday, February 2nd, at 6:30 p.m., and Monday, February 3rd, at 7:00 p.m. (Registration both days will begin 30 minutes prior to scheduled auditions).
Auditions will take place at Footlite Musicals, located at 1847 North Alabama Street. If you have a conflict with audition dates and times, please contact Producer, Rich Baker, or Directors, Rick and Chris Barber, at RBCWFLOWERS@GMAIL.COM, to arrange an audition time.
Please prepare 16 bars to sing from a Broadway musical, selection should be in a “pop musical style” similar to show. An accompanist will be provided; please bring sheet music in the correct key and music marked to start at a place that best shows your vocal range.
Be prepared to read from the script.
Be prepared for a choreographed dance audition.
Production dates are May 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of May 2020.

SAM CARMICHAEL – 45 to 50 years old, straight-laced, confident/composed
HARRY BRIGHT – 45 to 50 years old, head-banging, partying musician
BILL AUSTIN – 45 to 50 years old, well-know travel writer
SKY – 25 Years old, Sophie’s fiance
ALI and LISA – early 20’s, Sophie’s best friends
PEPPER – 20 to 25 years old, energetic and fun-loving, flirty waiter
EDDIE – 20 to 25 years old, handyman at taverna, Sky’s best friend
FATHER ALEXANDRIOS – officiates Sophie’s wedding, ensemble member
