Sponsorships
There are several sponsorship options to choose from to meet your budget. You can sponsor a full season or an individual show. The tax-deductible portion of your sponsorship will be equal to the amount of the contribution that exceeds the value of the goods or services received.
Season Sponsor
Season sponsors are welcome at any time during the year, but the color program covers are printed each year in May. Ad artwork should be sent in PDF format to development@footlite.org. Diamond Season Sponsorship: $10,000
All Season Sponsors receive:
- Special promo code for 50% for up to 50 tickets to use on any ticket purchases throughout the season
- Full page color ad in all season programs (reach estimated 10,000)
- Logo on all Footlite promo materials, website, show promotional materials, mention in media spots
- Recognition in curtain speech for all season shows (100-270 per performance)
- Option to have promo materials in lobby for the entire season
- Special (one-time) VIP reception, backstage tour, and talkback with cast and staff
Show Sponsors
Show Sponsorships must be contributed 3 weeks before opening night to allow time for inclusion in the program. For more information, please email us at development@footlite.org
Platinum Show Title Sponsorship – $5,000
- Special promo code for 50% for up to 25 tickets
- Full page ad in program (reach estimated at 2,500)
- Logo on all show promo materials, digital and in-person (reach estimated at 5,000)
- Recognition in curtain speech before all performances (100-270 per performance)
- Option to have table with promo materials in lobby before all performances
Gold Show Sponsorship – $2,500
- Special promo code for 50% for up to 10 tickets
- Full page ad in program (reach estimated at 2,500)
- Logo in lobby during show run
- Recognition in curtain speech before all performances (100-270 per performance)
- Option to have table with promo materials in lobby for one performance
Silver Show Sponsorship – $1,000
- Special promo code for 50% for up to 6 tickets
- Half page ad in program (reach estimated at 2,500)
- Recognition in curtain speech before all performances (100-270 per performance)
- Logo in lobby during show run
Bronze Show Sponsorship – $500
- Special promo code for 50% for up to 4 tickets
- Half page ad in program (reach estimated at 2,500)
- Recognition in curtain speech before all performances (100-270 per performance)
Footlite Musicals is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. The amount of the contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money for a sponsorship over the value of goods or services provided.
