YOUNG ADULTS WORKSHOP
We are proud to present COLLEGE CABARET, an immersive one-week workshop specifically designed for young adults ages 18 to 22 who are ready to take their performance skills to the next level. This program offers a unique opportunity for both singers and tech-focused individuals to collaborate, create, and showcase their talents in a professional environment.

- Cost: $50
- What’s Included: Your registration fee covers all training, supplies, the individual voice lesson, and two tickets to the final cabaret performance.
- Participation: Everyone who attends the initial callout with a prepared song is considered part of COLLEGE CABARET.

MEET THE CLINICIANS

MOYA ANGELA
An international singer, actress and teacher, Moya got her start in THE LION KING on Broadway before staring as Effie in DREAMGIRLS at the Apollo, on the National Broadway Tour and at the Savoy Theatre on the West End. Other West End credits include GHOST THE MUSICAL and IN TRANSIT THE MUSICAL. Moya has also appeared on television in AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and as Portia in 30 ROCK. Moya is an NAACP Award and LA Ovation Awards winner for her role of Effie White. As a recording artist, her music has been streamed over 20 million times.

EDDIE CURRY
A seasoned actor, director and producer and proud Actors’ Equity Association member since 1991, Eddie has been a theatre staple here in Indy, shaping hundreds of productions and mentoring emerging artists. At Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre, where Eddie served as Artistic Director for more than 35 years, he helped develop new talent through performance, casting and educational initiatives, including the long‑running Pyramid Players series. Recent credits include SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN (Roscoe Dexter and director, Beef & Boards), AND THEN THERE WERE NONE (Dr. Armstrong, Fulton Theatre), and THE MOUSETRAP (Director, Beef & Boards).

LADONNA BURNS
A New York-based singer and actress born and raised in Indianapolis, LaDonna’s NYC credits include WHITE GIRL IN DANGER (Nell standby), CAROLINE, OR CHANGE (Caroline – Audelco Awards Lead Actress nominee), FOLLIES (Stella – NYIT Award Outstanding Featured Actress). National Tours: RENT (Seasons of Love Soloist) and SEUSSICAL (Sour Kangaroo). Regional credits include GHOST (Oda Mae – 2024 Connecticut Critics Circle Award), ROCK OF AGES (Justice), MARGARITAVILLE (Marley), CINDERELLA (Fairy Godmother), SISTER ACT (Sister Mary Lazarus), ALL SHOOK UP (Sylvia), SMOKEY JOE’S CAFE (BJ).

EPHRAIM OWENS
A singer and songwriter from Indianapolis, Ephraim gained national attention through his participation in “The Voice” Season 24. He has a rich musical background, having performed in various musical groups and choirs throughout his life. Ephraim’ journey on “The Voice” was mentored by John Legend, and he has since been recognized for his powerful voice and soulful performances. He has had the opportunity to perform at the Indianapolis 500 and Indiana State Fair, and he most recently sang the National Anthem at the 2026 Indy 500 Festival Mini-Marathon.
