Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time. Arrive early to enjoy live music performed on our beautiful, historic Page theatre pipe organ at select performances.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our box office is exclusively open on scheduled performance days with the following hours of operation:

Thursday 6:30 p.m. – Close of Show
Friday 6:30 p.m. – Close of Show
Saturday 6:30 p.m. – Close of Show
Sunday 1:30 p.m. – Close of Show

For all other times, please call and leave a message at 317-926-6630 or email boxoffice@footlite.org and a volunteer will get back with you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Tickets are non-refundable. A grace period of 12 hours is allowed for you to review your purchase for accuracy. We will attempt to exchange tickets for other performance dates, subject to availability. We may not always be able to accommodate your request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FAQ

Will I need to reserve a seat ahead of time?

All seating is reserved except for general admission and cabaret performances. Special seating requests will be honored pending availability.

When do ticket sales end?

Ticket sales end at the start of the show for online sales and 30 minutes before for phone sales.

The show is sold-out. Can I still get a ticket?

When we experience a sold-out performance, we cannot promise anyone that a seat will become available. We maintain a standby list in case there are last minute cancellations. You must be present in the lobby to be placed on the standby list.

What happens if I can’t make my show?

Paid seats will not be released for re-sale unless we have express permission from the ticketholder. If you know that you are not going to be able to use your ticket, please contact the box office.

When can I claim my complimentary ticket or gift certificate?

Unpaid seats must be claimed by show time or they will be released for sale. Unpaid seats include cast complimentary tickets and gift certificates.

Can I share a seat with someone else?

Everyone attending must purchase a seat, regardless of age; Sharing seats is not permitted.

What are the expectations of audience behavior during the show?

Patrons are expected to be attentive during a performance. If a patron becomes disruptive, they will be asked to leave the auditorium. We do not issue refunds to patrons who have been ejected.
